If you will be visiting San Antonio, you can choose to stay in a chain hotel with cookie cutter rooms that are indistinguishable from the rooms at any other chain hotel. Or you can choose to stay in a beautiful house in a charming historic neighborhood. We're located less than a mile from the Alamo, Riverwalk, and Alamodome; and less than 2 blocks from the convention center. So, whether you're coming for business or pleasure, we can offer you a place.
You can choose from two rooms:
The Rosa Linda Room, on the ground floor, has a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached private bath with clawfoot tub. The nightly room rate is $100 from Sunday to Thursday, and $150 on Fridays and Saturdays. A full week's stay is $500.
The Blue Room, on the second floor, has a queen-sized bed, cable tv and a dvd player. The room has a shared bath. Nightly rate is $60 from Sunday to Thursday, and $100 on Fridays and Saturdays. A full week's stay is $300.
Guests in either room have full access to the living room and the kitchen.
Features of the house include hardwood floors, wireless internet, free off-street parking, central AC and heat, a broad front porch where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. Besides the museums, historic sites and other attractions of downtown, we are a short walk from many locally owned restaurants, bars, and coffeeshops.
