I am looking for someone to sublease my efficiency over the summer June/July and/or August depending on your particular situation.
The rent is 495/mo.
I would need to require a down payment of $495 which would be returned to you at the end of your stay in the summer.
Parking spot included. Deck area and fenced in yard in back. Tile floors and huge closet.
Furniture included if you wanted or I can move it out if you don't need it.
