Here's the deal, I'm a working mom, and I would very much like for us to have acess to some green space so I can garden, and she can play.
We can fit into a medium-sized room, but of course would give preference to a large room, if you have a seperate garage apartment or mother-in law unit, we'll leap for joy! I can offer some pretty neat around the house stuff, maid, nanny work, gardening, landscaping, painting things, I can tutor kids in English, History, Spanish, or Latin.
I drink red wine and cheap beer, occasionaly, but don't do anything super-taboo like drugs or drama.
We're looking for renting August 1st so we can afford to take our time and make a good match! Hope to hear from you!
