Hi, my name is Otto, and I am looking for a roommate from the middle of May until August 6th.I live in West Campus, which is only 15 minutes walking distance to UT.The rent is a FLATE RATE of $650 a month.This includes all electricity and internet bills.I don’t have cable TV, but I’m open to splitting a cable bill if you can’t live without cable.This flat rate also includes your own room and bathroom and everything is FULLY FURNISHED with a bed, lamp, and coffee table for your room.The kitchen and living room is fully furnished including a couch and TV as well.I’m comfortable having a male or female roommate.I am also open to cats or other pets.
As for me, I am a male college student attending UT and would prefer a UT student looking for a place to stay for the summer, though this is not a requirement at all.I am a laid back, drama-free guy who is easy to get along with.Please call me or email me if you want to find a place to stay for the summer that’s close to the UT campus!
