I’m looking to rent a pet-friendly house/duplex/room sometime between June 15th and June 30th with a long-term lease. My budget allows for $650 a month for rent, and I will be co-signing with my father since I don’t make three times as much as I’m sure the rent will be (I’m a college student).I’m open to the location as long as it’s no more than a 15 minute drive to UT.The most important aspect of a house/duplex/room for me is access to a fenced yard as I will be bringing along my house-trained miniature dachshund (and will be adopting another to keep him company).Again, I’m only interested in available spaces with a fenced yard.I’ve been renting for four years, have good rental history, credit, and a stable job.Please contact me at the e-mail address above if you have what I’m looking for; thank you!
