It isn't too early to think about July 4th and being on the beach and relaxing.
Located 25 miles west of Galveston, Texas on a 14 mile long island, Peregrine Townhomes at San Luis Pass provides a private island retreat. Town home is right on the beach for easy access to the beach or swimming pool. Many miles of beach for walking, swimming and looking for sand dollars/shells. Texas Coastal Wetlands are nearby. Deep sea charters are readily available in adjacent cities, plus wonderful restaurants and area attractions. Nightlife in Galveston is 30 minutes away.
Townhome is 3 story, 823 sq feet. Bottom floor is the carport. Second floor has living room, fullkitchen, bar stools and an island for breakfast nook, half bathroom (no shower or tub on this floor) and balcony with ocean view.Kitchen has cooking supplies and dishes for 4 people. Queen sleeper couch is on this floor and additional chair and coffee table. TV. Third floor is a very large bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom. Recently renovated entire building.
The condominium complex has a fresh water pool with bar-b-que grills for use. This condo is secluded and very quiet.Just steps away from the beach. Perfect place to relax. Stairs only, no elevator access.NO PETS, please don't ask. This is my timeshare week and I don't have other weeks to rent out.$100 deposit which is fully refundable after the condo management team assures me that there wasn't any damage to the unit.Please send me an email if you have any questions about the vacation condo.
