Hi, I'm an artist living in Austin. I've been approached by a reputable art publisher that deals mainly with posters and print-on-demand type sales.

Has anyone out there in c-list land had any experience with publishing/licensing art? How about royalty rates? Any advice or heads up would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, do any lawyer types ever read these? I have a sample contract outlining terms and would gladly pay a lawyer who has experience in art licensing to look it over for me.
