Essential Job Functions: Supervise Facilities Concierge/door staff, vendors, facility security, including key cards, electronic monitoring Safety coordinator for building, supervise and oversee site Safety Plan fire protection and evacuation plans. Determines need, initiates, and monitors facility support services such as utilities, grounds maintenance (i.e., snow removal), custodial services, and equipment maintenance as directed by Property Manager. Program, monitor, and supervise phone system. Initiates and enforces building policies as directed by Property Manager. Provide technical support, guidance, and training and development opportunities to staff on building and facilities systems. Point of contact for vendors/contractors, driving vendor performance using best practices and methodologies to ensure that client and facility objectives are being met.
Minimum Qualifications: College degree or equivalent, with a minimum 2 years of facilities experience. Keen knowledge of local, city and government facility-related and safety regulations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills and strong ability to prioritize projects. Ability to work well independently and exercise professional judgment with minimal day-to-day supervision. Demonstrated sound business judgment and possess a sense of urgency. Successfully communicate verbally, written, and in presentation with internal staff, external customers/vendors. Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure. Possess strong Interpersonal skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Professional corporate office environment.
