Master carpenter with 30 years experience looking for an experienced assistant to help me do high end remodeling. Must be reliable and not scary looking (tattoos on the neck, dready hair, etc.). Must have transportation and a phone.
This is not an entry level position. You should be able to read a tape and safely operate electric and pneumatic tools. Ability to safely work on roofs, ladders and scaffolding a must. Also, you must be willing and able to get up and go to work early mon-fri.
This is a golden opportunity for someone to pick up advanced carpentry skills. I do all types of carpentry; rough framing, siding and cornice, doors and trim, minor cabinet and built-in fabrication. The last project I did involved framing a condo with metal studs.
