Develop and conduct training programs for hourly and supervisory operational employees, e.g. customer service, technical, telemarketing, sales; updates and modifies the curriculum and materials as needed. Coach, mentor, and consult with employees and supervisors to improve training content and delivery. Remain up-to-date on new developments, TWC products, and training methodologies. Improve training practices through participating and implement needs assessment findings and course feedback information. Assists training department staff and director with training initiatives and projects. Supports overall department efforts by creating and maintaining training materials, resource library and training database documentation. Develop and administer skill and course testing. Develop and maintain training documentation and records for programs taught. Bachelor's degree preferred. One to two years related experience required. Ability to confer with departments, teams and management to ensure client feedback and gain input to be considered in course development. Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks while working under minimum supervision. Consider creative scheduling approaches to provide outreach to a large body of employees including occasional shift training. Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint preferred as well as a working knowledge of multimedia and audiovisual equipment and general office equipment. ICOMS and call center experience preferred.
