Financially solvent not for profit faith based organization seeks experienced Director of Maternaland ChildServices for its 300 bed facility located in Northern California, this position reports to the Vice President of Patient Services and is accountable on 24/hr basis.This director will oversee L/D, New Born Nursery, NICU, Postpartum and OB/OR along with Peds, with direct reports from managers in each of the areas, your team will consist of 100 plus nurses,
This position comes with a lot of responsibility, and needs a no nonsense heavy hitter that is ready to hit the ground running. This director will be highly compensated along with a more then generous benefits package, which also includes a potentially very lucrative annual performance incentives, and we are not talking about your basic cost of living increase here. There is also a Sign on Bonus and relocation assistance is also provided.

Here is what you do need to know to qualify for this exciting and lucrative opportunity.
Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure in CA or ability to obtain one
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Masters in Nursing form an accredited institution , will consider candidates with evidence of being enrolled in a master program
Must possess detailed knowledge maternal and child services.
3+ years of demonstrated successful leadership in Director of Maternal and Child Services from a large to medium size institution, union background preferred.
Must be proficient in written and verbal Englishcommunication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff, physicians, patients, and patient's families
