Austin based MEP firm is looking for a state of Texas licensed electrical engineer with 7+ years experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the preparation of electrical design drawings and specifications for new construction, existing facilities expansion, and renovation projects.
* Apply engineering fundamentals to designs of electrical systems.
* Interact with architectural, civil, plumbing, and mechanical consultants as part of the design process.
* Interact with owners and contractors during construction.
* Compile specifications and contract documents.
* Periodically review existing facilities services and site layout for renovation projects.
* Review cost estimates and in coordination of construction and renovation projects.
