I have a 3 bed, 2 bath home with a pool, study, fireplace, large backyard; home is located in the Memorial Chase subdivision off of 249 & Spring Cypress (close to Tomball), in Klein ISD.I'm wanting to trade this property for something of similar value or less.Market value on the home is around $130K; I owe $90K.
