We are looking for IT support for our civil engineering company. What we are looking for is a person or company to assist us when IT issues arise. We have two offices, and a total of about 35 employees. Our previous IT guy came in around 5 hours a week on average for work. We paid him $60/hour, and would like to find someone with a similar pay rate if possible. Most of the issues we have had are in regards to user mis-configurations of email or such.
It would be preferable if you had some experience in working with engineering companies, but that is not necessary. The setup at both offices is pretty typical, Windows 2003 servers, T1, off-site hosted email and website.
