Implementation Engineer (Experienced)
The Client Services team at our company is currently seekingAustin-based Implementation Engineer(s).Responsibilities include deploying technology to t customers and building custom solutions to meet the diverse requests they receive.The position is an interesting mix of technical and client-facing work and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic about both areas. As an Implementation Engineer you will:
Work directly with the client's business and technical personnel to map requirements to a technical strategy.
Deploy the JavaScript-based acquisition technology on the client's web sites.
Satisfy client-specific reporting needs using PL/SQL and other company technologies.
Provide ongoing support to implemented clients.
Work closely with multiple groups within the sales, technology and client services group to drive product direction and implementation services
The Implementation Engineer must have:
Technical background including technical consulting or development experience.
Database experience, particularly with Oracle and involving SQL or PL/SQL is an advantage.
Excellent customer service, presentation and writing skills. Must be comfortable interacting with Fortune 500 companies.
Outstanding problem solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution.
The ability to learn quickly. You will have to become an expert on the product in a short amount of time.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% to client sites.
