GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Processes cartridges for the resell of re-manufactured inkjet cartridges.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Must follow verbal and/or written instructions.
* Must be qualified to work on a particular process in the re-manufacturing of inkjet cartridges.
* Performs basic processes under strict supervision.
* Must be able to work well with others in a team approach to production.
* Requires the ability to focus and concentrate in order to perform repetitive assembly production line operations.
* Required to maintain a steady pace in performance of production tasks.
* Requires flexibility in order to cross train and work on various product lines.
* May be responsible for tracking numbers completed and supplying these to management for reporting.
* Provide input to management on ideas that could streamline inkjet processes.
* Will be required to meet production goals and schedules.
* Ensure safety and housekeeping practices are followed.
* To comply with all Company policies and procedures.
* Care for Company assets.
* Performs duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum six months to one year working in a production environment preferred.
Skill at: The ability to communicate and work well with others. Requires the ability of staying focused on the production process. Must have good memory skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. Position requires high emphasis on reliability, which requires good attendance.
MENTAL/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must possess good eyesight; correctable to 20/20. Must be able to stand potentially for 10 hours a day, bend, stretch and lift up to and including 50 lbs. Must not be concerned about working in a messy environment.
Must have good retention and detail oriented with high emphasis on accuracy. Manual dexterity required for re-manufacturing cartridges.
