Premiere Lady Fitness and Spa, Austin's ONLY full-service women's
fitness facility, is growing and we are in need of a Lead Guest Services Representative , to help us maintain the high level of service and professionalism our members deserve. We are currently expanding our guest services department at our SOUTH location, located at the intersection of Westgate and William Cannon.
Job Description:
Supervise all front desk operations. Must be outgoing, motivating, enthusiastic, and friendly at all times with pleasant telephone manner and strong office skills. Knowledge of all programs, schedules, profit centers, services, and software is essential. Must be familiar with all policies, protocols, rules, and guidelines governing Premiere Lady Fitness & Spa.
Job Requirements/Compensation:
This is an entry-level supervisor position with advancement opportunties. Office, supervision or front desk experience preferred. Self-motivated, energetic, people-oriented, team player.
