My name is Stephany Basically My neighbor got pissed off at me and called C.P.S and they came out and said your neighbor told us you did drugs. I laughed and took a test no worries I said I dont do anything so of course I will do a test. Thus I failed :( .............I have been getting harrassed by C.P.S for the last 4 months and they took my children away. I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG! I have taken 4 prescriptions 3 days before the test for cancer and other things... That would make me test positivee for the drug that came up in my system ... Meth.....
THEY TOOK MY CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THE DIRTY URINALYSIS............They have lied about everything and accused me of lots of stuff HARRASSED ME TRIED BULLYING ME but nothing was true everything was lies and they had nothing to back it up with proof. I hired an attorney and he stated they did everything illegal and not by the book. So far everything and every reason they stated I was a bad mother has been thrown out in court except a dirty drug analysis. After they took my kids away the foster family has been emailing me and harrassing me on the phone telling me if I want to she will adopt my children also calling me at 11 or 12 midnight. I went to see My children and all 3 of my children tell me that the cps and the foster persons told them that their mother does not want them and doesnt care about them. That I hate them and I have never told them anything or been like that. My Children dont lie and all 3 of them have told me this. I have proof I have a recording I already went to court twice in the last month and both times the judge has given me more time and asked for me to give him or get more information on the dirty test.He believes me but needs more proof and that keeps pissing cps off that the judge is not canceling my parental rights. I have already given my lawyer and C.P.S Letters from multiple doctors that during the testing I was on multiple prescription drugs for my sicknesses. Cancer treatment, nose bleeds problems and pregnancy problems with a miscarriage. The doctors have written letters to state that 3 out of the 4 drugs they have given me would test positive for tests that I had done. My lawyer is actually having to get these doctors to show up to court due to the judge stating he does not want only to see the letters he also wants to hear it from their own mouths. Now I have to go back to court in 30 days (March 17 2008 and my lawyer is going to suphoena the doctors and (hopefully) I will win and get my kids back.
THE REASON REASON I AM DOING THIS IS BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What if there is other mothers out there or other fathers or people going to try to get a job or whatever and they fail a test????????? There lives are ruined. My life and my childrens lives have been ripped apart! My kids have gotten taken away for no reason. My whole life has been turned upside down as well as all the lies they have told my job, family, friends etc. My kids are not "adjusting to the foster home life" as the child lawyer CPS but until I get more proof they have to stay there. My children are screaming and crying that they want their mom and dad. ( my hisband passed all test with flying colors) they also tried to get my rights completely taken away and even the judge stated he felt I was a good mother and he would not do it he stated he just wants 100% proof that that was the drug I was on and then he will give me my kids back. They have embarrased me in the community and all around me called every person I listed and told them I was a drug addict, told them lies every family member of mine. Lied numerous times to family members and stated that Stephany doesnt want you to take care of her children that she told us that she would rather her children be left in a shelter or in cps hands I have never stated that. They also keep making promises to my mother whom has had 2 home visits and approved her but they keep telling her not yet..........Then they told her Yesterday that I told them my mother was not a good candidate for my children to stay with. I never stated that. Then today is my visitation day and this is the second time in 2 weeks that they canceled my visitation 1 hour before due to the foster parents having plans already made with my children.................
