Feel free to check us out at www.moverotech.com Responsibilities: • High level of proficiency with technology and familiarity with application end user device support and wireless theory. • Provide problem identification and determination of resolutions. • Handle the majority of daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. • Includes initiating and tracking "support tickets". • Assist with all Logistics tickets and assist in the research and resolution of any problems that occur. Identify, investigate, and resolve problems. • Assist all departments with proprietary client and web installation, application and end user issues • Respond promptly to end-user inquiries, notification of problems and requests for ticket resolutions • Update trouble/request ticket system, logging all transactions and properly categorizing issues and following up appropriately • Compile and submit written cases of issues and resolution for inclusion in our internal knowledge base • Develop expertise with Wireless Generation's products and supporting expertise in networking • Compose correspondence when needed to resolve complex customer issues, • Ability to perform courier duties (drop off and pickup of devices at carrier locations) A minimum requirement for this position is having experience within a wireless carrier environment dealing with network and/or hardware issues. Specialists are required to perform to a designated level of quality, focusing on customer satisfaction and service level metrics, as well as the ability to represent oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Since we are a fast paced department you will need the ability to work in a fast-paced, change oriented environment, have excellent listening skills, Customer and People-oriented with ability to function in a team environment and have the ability to make quick decisions by using sound judgment. Plus you will need to be proficient in Troubleshooting/Triage steps and excellent oral and written communication skills. Requirements • Extensive knowledge of Wireless Devices and Wireless industry. • Experience with Inventory tracking and auditing. • Experience in wireless device troubleshooting. • Knowledge of wireless carrier exchange protocols. • Experience with Microsoft Office productivity tools. • Valid Drivers License I am very interested in hearing more about you.
