Express Employment Professionals is pleased to be partnering with a well respected non-automotive production machining shop to staff their expanding facility located in SAN ANTONIO, TX.
Our client world-class supplier in the precision machined power train components and assemblies to the heavy duty, high performance marine, oil and automotive related markets. The company is privately owned with over twenty years of partnership with market leading blue chip customers. The plant runs a two shift operation using state of the art equipment for machining and assembly in 300,000 square feet of immaculately clean, climate controlled floor space. Our client is looking to attract world class MANUFACTURING/CNC SETUP TECHS, 1st & 2nd shift, of the highest caliber due to several planned expansions in the near future.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of CNC setup experience, the ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments, and knowledge of micrometers, gauges, and calipers. Recent graduates of manufacturing technology programs will be considered. These are direct hire positions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure good quality of produced parts.
•Maintain records including inventory, quality records and defective parts.
•Inform management of potential problems.
•Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
•Maintain or exceed production standards as set by the Company.
•Perform job set-up and tool changes.
•Assist in machine adjustments and repair.
•Provide a fair and consistent work environment that promotes mutual respect.
•Perform the duties of Machine Operator or Manufacturing Leader and Supervisor as needed.
•Other responsibilities may be assigned.
RELOCATION:
Paid relocation packages are being offered to cover moving expenses and potential site visit.
MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO SAN ANTONIO, TX.
