M-F 2:00 P.M. -7:00 P.M. + Saturdays
N. Guadalupe
M-F 12:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. + Saturdays
Position & Experience Requirements:
Responsibilities will include:
•Receive and process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments accurately and efficiently in order to build member confidence and trust.
•Identifying member needs and referring appropriate financial products and services.
•Maintaining a balanced and accurate teller drawer at all times.
•Contributing to a positive team environment, and consistently seeking to build member relationships by demonstrating core UFCU values and outstanding member service.
Our new team members will be results and member-focused with a passionate enthusiasm for making a difference in the lives of others. You will build and manage member relationships, assess member financial needs, and recommend solutions.
Candidates must possess a minimum education of a GED/High School degree.University/college students or graduates and anyone with a strong desire for ongoing learning and growth are excellent candidates.
Six months previous sales and service experience is required.Must possess excellent communication skills and solid personal integrity.Your passion to provide exceptional customer/member service will contribute to your success.
