Specific Opportunities and Responsibilities:
Contribute to product architectures and evaluate IC process technologies.
Design RF/mixed-signal circuits at the transistor level and perform circuit-level simulations.
Participate in design reviews, perform bench-level validation of silicon, and assist in the development of manufacturing test solutions.
Requirements:
MSEE + 5 years (or equivalent) RF IC Design Experience.
Proven record of successful high frequency circuit design.
Experience in state-of-the-art high speed circuit design transistor level circuit.
Hands on measurement experience solving difficult die-level design problems in products that shipped in high volume.
